Each page below covers what's typically involved and how to get a quote. Job spans two categories? Just explain it in the form — we'll figure out the scope together.

The people doing the work
Casey built this team herself
Owner Casey Bradley trains every cleaner who joins Sonoma County Eco Clean, and recurring clients get to know their assigned cleaners rather than a new face each time. The team is also asked to flag anything they notice going wrong with a property — a leak, damage, a fixture on its way out — instead of cleaning around it. Ask about last-minute or after-hours scheduling if your timeline is tight.
Not sure where to start
Just describe the property
You don't need to land on the exact right service label before reaching out. Tell us the property type, the city, and what's bothering you about the space — pressure washing is on the table too, just ask.
Choosing a service
A few things people usually ask first
I'm not sure which service applies to me — is that okay?
Completely. Tell us the property type, where it is, and what's going on. We'll help sort out whether it's residential, commercial, turnover, post-construction, clutter removal, window cleaning, event cleanup, or some mix of those.
Can you handle a job that's really two different services at once?
Usually, yes — recurring cleaning, rental turnovers, post-construction cleanup, clutter removal, window cleaning, and event cleanup all run through the same company, so describe the whole project and we'll plan it as one job.
Do you use eco-friendly products for everything?
That's our default for residential and commercial work. If a job calls for something different, tell us and we'll bring the right products.
When's the best time for pressure washing?
Most people book it early spring through summer, or right before hosting something outdoors.
Can you fit me in on short notice?
Often, yes — we take last-minute requests and can sometimes work outside normal business hours.
How do I actually get a number?
Use the form on this page, or just call or email us. Pricing depends on the property, its condition, how often you want us there, and what's included.
